What we can check
Depending on the owner’s requests, the service can include:

- the condition of indoor and outdoor spaces;
- any signs of deterioration or maintenance needed;
- the state of the garden, pool, or outdoor areas;
- checking for any unauthorized work or changes made to the property;
- up-to-date photo and video documentation;

Each check is agreed in advance and tailored to the specific property.

An independent check of your property
On the owner’s behalf, we can visit the property to assess its overall condition and document the situation through photos, videos, and a detailed report.

Checks on staff and property management
When a home is entrusted to service staff, caretakers, property managers, or management companies, owners often want the certainty that their instructions are being followed.
At the client’s specific request, we can carry out independent checks aimed at observing whether the property is being managed correctly.
Depending on the assignment, we can gather useful information to verify, for example:
- that the property is being managed according to the agreed terms;
- that guests receive the treatment they’re entitled to;
- that no unauthorized payments are being requested;
- that the home isn’t being used for purposes other than those agreed with the owner;
- that any rental activity takes place strictly in the authorized manner.
All activities are carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and according to the client’s instructions.
